This exceptional product is processed, dried, and exported by Testi Coffee, a family business run by the Yonus family, who are making a name for themselves in Ethiopia's specialty coffee market. For many years, Faisal Yonus was the first person to seriously engage in coffee farming. Faisal started working in 1990 but only supplied the local market. With the growing interest in specialty coffee in Ethiopia, Faisal found an opportunity for development, so he established Testi Coffee in 2009 as a coffee exporting company. Faisal surrounded himself with many professionals in the coffee world and appointed his nephew Adham, who grew up and studied in the United States, to help with marketing.

Today, Testi Coffee owns or manages 4 washing stations in Guji, Yirgacheffe, Sidamo, and Limu, which are considered among the most important coffee growing regions in Ethiopia. This coffee was naturally processed at the Tore station in Galana, where processing is carried out on behalf of the owner Masreshu Sima. Coffee is delivered to several points before being taken to the washing stations. The coffee is dried for 15 to 18 days, during which time it is monitored to ensure quality. The company works with a number of small farm owners to obtain the best prices for their cultivated coffee. They also purchased a 250-hectare farm in the Bench Maji Zone to conduct experiments on organic-based farming, and they are building a warehouse to be able to process coffee locally in the same area, which increases profit margins.

Testi's goal is quality and building long-term business relationships. Their washing stations operate excellently, and they do an excellent job in terms of cleanliness and quality of exported coffee. The company adheres to the highest standards of coffee quality.

In 2018, the company established a quality improvement project at all the washing stations they manage. Their high-quality coffee program controls all aspects from product acquisition and processing to ensure the best possible natural product. They also work to help the community by building new classrooms in schools near the processing stations, and with the help of importers, they aim to do more in the future.

The name Testi means happiness in the Harari language and is also Faisal's middle name. Undoubtedly, the company brings happiness to small producers as well as roasters. The Tore processing station bears the village's name and is home to the best coffee varieties in Yirgacheffe. Tore is the oldest station managed by the company, established in 2005, and is managed by the company on behalf of the owner Masreshu Sima. Testi manages the processing stations all year round and operates according to all quality standards. Coffee is brought to the stations by 750 to 800 small farms, to different collection points. The station produces up to 5 containers per year.
