Specialty coffee is the product of alternating effort and work between the farmer, the shipper, the roaster, and the barista. It comes to us in different sizes and flavors, from different sources and different processing methods, but they all unite in being of high quality and distinctive taste. The distinguished production chain is what specialty coffee prides itself on.
In our turn, at Coffee Giant, we have categorized our specialty coffee crops into three categories to suit your taste:

Distinguished Crops
These are nano-lot crops in terms of production volume, as they are grown in small areas and in small quantities, making them difficult to obtain. These crops are characterized by their complex notes of high fruitiness and strong aroma. These crops are rated 88 degrees and above.
Suitable for those looking for distinguished crops with complex notes.
From this distinguished category, we offer you four crops:
• Colombia El Diviso
• Colombia Geisha
• Ethiopia Aida
• Yemen Haraz

Daily Crops
A group of crops grown in small quantities (micro-lot) in small areas and characterized by fruitiness or aroma. These crops are rated 85 degrees or more.
Suitable for those who like fruitiness and aroma.
In the daily crops, we offer you the following four crops:
• Colombia El Meson
• Ethiopia Gedeb
• El Salvador San Carlos
• Costa Rica La Guaca

Classic Crops
Crops grown in wider areas characterized by the familiar taste of coffee, such as dark chocolate and nuts. This type is rated 83 degrees or more.
Suitable for those looking for the usual taste of coffee without fruity notes or high acidity.
And for an authentic classic taste, we offer you the following three crops:
• Colombia Huila
• Brazil Rosa Branca
• El Salvador Agua Cliente
